competitive soccer tryouts?
Okay, thanks for looking at my question. I have been doing recreational soccer for as long as I have been playing soccer. I play mostly only defense and I really want to tryout for a competitive team this summer. What is a good way to train? I have a trampoline so I can get my endurance and stamina up so I don’t pass out after I run 5 laps around the field. I am not trying out for an A team, I am trying out for a B team. My friend who is on an A team says that I would be the star player on the B team so they would push me up to A team. What are your experiences with competitive soccer, and what can I do to train?

omg i just read what i wrote and i sounded really conceited. I am sorry, i didn’t mean to sound like that. I do think that my friend is over rating me though because I think there are plenty of people on my recreational team who are better than me
i play for club and i think you should strive for the A team so u train harder i would suggest doing moves with the ball on ur lawn or drills as well as running ur block a couple of times
